1. iPhone cases can cause overheating. Make sure the case is not the source of overheating.
To try this technique, remove the case and try using your iPhone without a case for a day.

3. Check for constantly crashing iPhone apps.

4. Check for apps that are constantly using your iPhone's battery and CPU.
Go to Settings > Battery, then check the app list. Do you see an app that is using your battery a lot or draining it quickly? Delete this app as in the previous step and try using an alternative application instead.
5. Make sure your iPhone is updated.
An outdated iPhone can cause your processor to overload and overheat. So try to keep your iPhone updated every time an update is released.
6. Check your iPhone's network connection.
Sometimes a bad network connection can cause your iPhone to constantly search for signals and overwork. This can occur where phone service is poor or Wi-Fi connectivity is not available.
7. Try changing the iPhone screen brightness.
Using your iPhone at maximum brightness all the time can cause overheating. Simply access the iOS control center and adjust the brightness by sliding the brightness bar.
8. Try turning off background app refresh.
Background app refresh allows your apps to constantly search for new information. When all your apps are refreshed in this way, your iPhone's CPU may be overloaded. To turn it off, go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh > Background App Refresh and tap Off.
9. Try resetting your iPhone's settings.

10. Check your iPhone's charger.
